Useful information if it‘s the first time you visit the Rachel Roc boutique.

Country restrictions
Rachel Roc boutique is allowed to sell products only to customers from:
- countries members of the European Community
- Switzerland
This country limitation is temporary, we will add the United States and other countries shortly. If you are interested and living in a different country, please send an e-mail to info@rachelrocboutique.com, we will inform you as soon as we can accept orders and ship goods.

Prices, taxes and shipping costs
Prices are indicated in Euro and do not include taxes and shipping costs. Taxes: at checkout, the Italian VAT (20% of value) is added for EU customers. For all shipments, based on the shipping method chosen, a shipping fee is added at checkout.

Product search
We have made navigation in the site as simple as possible. Products categories and subcategories are listed in the left side menu. Just select any of the categories and subcategories in the left menu and the click on any product displayed to see the details and product description. To add an item in your shopping basket, select the desired size first and then the desired quantity. We remind you that we use an Italian size system, please read the page check the size for explanation and conversion table to other size systems.

Shopping Cart, Wish List, Email to a Friend
On each product page you will find 3 buttons: Buy Now, Wish List and Email to Friend.
After you have selected the size and quantity, click on Buy Now if you want to add the product to your shopping cart. The shopping cart page will display showing the product with the size and quantity selected. A red error message (for example: Rachel X Sunset exceeded available quantity) indicates that you have forgotten to select a size or that the size selected is temporarily not available. In the shopping cart, you can modify the quantity for each product listed of the product or delete it. With a click on the Keep Shopping button you go back to the last product viewed. After you add an item to the shopping cart, an additional icon representing a bag appears at the top bar .
Click on Wish List to add the product to your default wish list. You can manage the list (modify the list name, delete it, delete products from the list and change quantities) and or add a product selected to the shopping cart with the Purchase Selected button. With a click on Keep Shopping you go back to the last product viewed.
Click on Email to Friend to send an email message to a friend with an easy to use template form.
You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the small bag in the top menu. Once your order is ready you can proceed with a click on Checkout. Important! If you have a coupon code do not forget to enter it in the apposite field.

Registration & Login
You can register (new customers) or login (if you have already an account) at any time by clicking on register or login in the top menu. After login you have access to your personal information and shopping list. The log-in page and all order pages are protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a new one, just enter your e-mail (the one you use as id for the Rachel roc boutique account) and click on Submit.
Each time you place an order, your billing information is displayed during the checkout process for verification.

Shipping
On the Shipping Option(s) page you can select between the shipping options available for your country. You can find more information on the different shipping options available, the prices and service levels on the page shipments of our help section.

Payments
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. The credit card payment service is handled for us by PayPal, worldwide leader in electronic payments. PayPal belongs to the E-bay group and offers a very high level of security for transactions. You can pay with the most common credit cards or with your PayPal account if you have one.

E-mails
You will receive different e-mails for each order:
- A payment confirmation sent directly by PayPal (if you pay by credit card)
- An order confirmation sent by Rachel Roc boutique
- A shipment alert sent by Rachel Roc boutique with your invoice in PDF format.
You may also receive marketing email from Rachel Roc boutique (max. 1 x month) for important announcements. You can ask at any time to stop all marketing e-mails if desired.
No e-mail requesting your personal data will ever be sent from Rachel Roc boutique or PayPal. In case you receive a suspicious e-mail just delete it or contact our international support via e-mail support@rachelrocboutique.com or by phone: 0041 22 793 68 56.

Produktsuche
Wir haben versucht die Struktur der Boutique so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten für eine einfache und schnelle Navigation. Auf der linken Seite des Bildschirmes finden Sie die Produktkategorien und die evtl. Unterkategorien. Wählen Sie eine Kategorie und eine der angezeigten Produkte um weitere Details und eine Produktbeschreibung zu sehen. Um ein Produkt zum Warenkorb hinzuzufügen, wählen Sie bitte eine Größe und die gewünschte Anzahl aus. Wir möchten Sie erinnern, dass die angezeigte Größen italienische Größen sind. Auf der Seite check the size, finden Sie weitere Auskünfte und eine Konversionstabelle.

Shopping Cart, Wish List, Email to a Friend
Auf jeder Produkt-Seite finden Sie 3 Knöpfe: Buy Now, Wish List und Email to Friend.
Nachdem Sie Größe und Anzahl eingegeben haben, drücken Sie Buy Now um das Produkt dem Einkaufswagen hinzuzufügen. Die Einkaufswagen Seite mit dem ausgesuchten Produkt/en wird erscheinen. Ein roter Fehlerbericht (z.B.: Rachel X Sunset exceeded available quantity) weist darauf hin, dass Sie die Größe nicht angegeben haben bzw. dass die Größe momentan nicht vorrätig ist. Im Einkaufswagen können Sie jederzeit die Anzahl der Produkte verändern und Produkte löschen. Drücken sie auf Keep Shopping um zur Produktwahl zurückzukehren. Wenn Sie ein Produkt dem Einkaufswagen zufügen, erscheint auf dem oberen Balken eine kleine Einkaufstasche .
Wählen Sie Wish List um ein Produkt Ihrer Wunschliste beizufügen. Sie können die Wunschliste jederzeit verwalten (Listenname ändern, Liste löschen, Produkte aus der Liste löschen, Produktanzahl verändern). Um ein Produkt im Einkaufswagen zu legen, wählen sie Purchase Selected.
Drücken sie auf Keep Shopping um zur Produktwahl zurückzukehren
Ein Click auf Email to Friend öffnet ein E-Mail Muster den Sie, nach den gewünschten Änderungen, einfach verschicken können.
Sie können jeder Zeit auf Ihren Shopping Cart (Einkaufskorb) durch einen einfachen Klick auf der kleinen Einkaufstasche im oberen Menu zugreifen um Produkte zu löschen und/oder Mengen zu ändern.
Sobald Sie bereit sind eine Bestellung abzuschicken, drücken Sie auf Checkout. Wichtig: falls Sie einen Coupon code (für besondere Rabatte) haben, vergessen Sie nicht es vor dem Checkout im entsprechenden Feld einzugeben.

Registration & Login

Ricerca prodotti
Abbiamo semplificato al massimo la struttura del sito per facilitare la navigazione. Le categorie e sottocategorie di prodotto sono nel menu di sinistra. Selezionate una categoria e quindi uno dei prodotti raffigurati per vederne i dettagli ed una descrizione. Per aggiungere un articolo al carrello, selezionate la taglia e la quantità desiderata. Vi ricordiamo che utilizziamo un sistema di taglie italiane (vestono comode), la pagina check the size vi fornisce ulteriori informazioni ed una tabella di conversione.

Shopping Cart, Wish List, Email to a Friend
Su ogni pagina prodotto, vi sono tre bottoni: Buy Now, Wish List and Email to Friend.
Dopo aver scelto la taglia e la quantità, il bottone Buy Now vi permette di aggiungere il prodotto nel vostro carrello. La pagina del carrello si apre automaticamente con le informazioni sul prodotto aggiunto. Un messaggio di errore rosso (ad esempio: Rachel X Sunset exceeded available quantity) vi segnala che avete dimenticato di scegliere la taglia oppure che la taglia scelta è al momento esaurita. Nel carrello potete modificare la quantità per ogni articolo prescelto o cancellarlo. Il bottone Keep Shopping vi permette di tornare alla sezione prodotti. Quando aggiungete un prodotto al carrello, nel menu in alto appare una piccola icona rappresentante una borsa della spesa .
Selezionate Wish List per aggiungere il prodotto alla vostra lista dei desideri. Potete gestire la vostra lista in ogni momento (modificarne il nome, il contenuto o cancellarla). Naturalmente potete passare un articolo della vostra Wish List al carrello selezionando Purchase Selected. Il bottone Keep Shopping chiude la lista e vi riconduce all’ultimo prodotto visionato.
Selezionate Email to Friend per mandare un messaggio e-mail ad un vostro contatto con un modello che potete modificare a vostro piacimento.
Potete visionare il vostro carrello in ogni momento con un semplice click sulla piccola borsa della spesa nel menu in alto a destra. Quando siete pronti per inviare un ordine, selezionate Checkout. Importante! Se avete un coupon code (codice promozione) non dimenticate di inserirlo nell’apposito campo.

Registration & Login
Potete registrarvi (nuovi clienti) o effettuare il login (se avete già un account) in qualunque momento. Un semplice click su register or login nel menu superiore apre l’apposita pagina. Una volta effettuato il login potete accedere ai vostri dati personali ed alla vostra wish list. La pagina del login e tutte le pagine della procedura d’ordine sono protette con tecnologia Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Se avete dimenticato la vostra password, inserite semplicemente l’indirizzo e-mail utilizzato per la registrazione nell’apposito spazio, fate un click su Submit e riceverete una e-mail con le informazioni richieste.
Ogni volta che effettuate un nuovo ordine avete la possibilità di verificare i vostri dati di fatturazione e consegna.

Spedizioni
